Mr. G. B. Bagrodia is the founder partner of the firm and the mentor for other members . He is the managing partner of the firm. He has vast experience in the fields of Audit, Taxation and Managerial Advisory Services. He is the chief advisor on the matters relating to Income-tax, Company Law and Statutory Audits. He has also represented on the Board of various public limited companies.
P. L. Venkatadri, enrolled as member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in April 1999. He is associated with the firm since 1999. He has qualified the Information Systems Audit examination conducted by ICAI. He has an experience of more than 25 years in conducting statutory Audits including listed companies, government companies and large unlisted companies. He specializes in Statutory Audit- Corporates and Income-tax practice.
He is the partner of the firm having qualified as Chartered Accountant in the year 2012. He has also successfully completed the ‘Certificate Course in Indirect Taxes’ and ‘Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks’ conducted by the ICAI. He has also qualified as ESG Professional- Impact Leader conducted by Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs and is a member of National Institute of Impact Leaders (NIAL). He looks after GST consulting and Management Consulting on related matters.
She has qualified in year 2013, and associated with the firm since then. During her training and post qualification period, she has led teams in the statutory audit of companies, banks and various corporate in diverse industry sectors. She has served clients in many industry domains. She also holds a certificate in ‘Diploma in Information Systems Auditor (DISA) and Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection (FAFD) which is conducted by ICAI .
Mr. Raghav Agarwal is a Chartered Accountant qualified in 2023. He is associated with B S D & Co. from 2023. He has exposure in Statutory Audit and Taxation.
She is the Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Professional with over 34 years of experience; worked with MNCs of global repute into manufacturing, software, service and consultancy; namely Total, Navision and Intertek, at senior positions Last employment was with a German consulting company as Managing Director. She joined B S D and Co, Chartered Accountants as a Partner in 2020, taking care of international clients, Statutory audits of Listed and unlisted entities, Limited reviews, Certifications, Consultancy, ASM (agency for special monitoring), BG audits etc.
She is also on Board of MT. Derm Medical Products India Pvt Ltd,
German subsidiary based out of Chennai as Resident Director and
Director with Integrated Insolvency & Restructuring Pvt. Ltd. (IPE
registered with IBBI) and a Registered Valuer.
Mr. Ashwani Kumar, Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is also a qualified Company Secretary, and did his graduation in Commerce from Bhagat Singh College, Delhi University. He was a partner in SRVM & Associates for 9-10 years and holds 7 – 8 years of experience in field of Merchant Banking.
Ms. Pratiksha Kothari Associate Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She joined as the partner in B S D and Co., Chartered Accountants in 2022.
Mr. Saurabh Jain is an Associate Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is Ex-Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with 15+ years of extensive experience in the Private & Government, specializing in India Entry Strategy and FEMA compliance. A qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary. His core areas are Corporate Laws and Governance, India Entity Strategy, FEMA, Strategic decision-making, M&A, Foreign Taxation. He is dedicated to driving organizational growth through expertise in corporate law and governance.
Mrs. Mudra Goel Garg is an Associate Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has completed her internship with B S D and Co. and become a partner in the year 2023. She has extensively worked in the field of Finance to raise funds for clients and provide all Direct & Indirect law compliance services. She has thorough experience in Trust registration, trust audit, tax planning and management consultancy.
